Sprain

2. Water shortage

Your friend should replenish water a small amount, preferably 100 ml each time. Because of thirst, drinking plenty of water at one time will increase the burden on the heart and increase the fatigue of the body. 4 grams of salt, 100 grams of glucose and 150 milliliters of orange juice can be added to every 1000 milliliters of drinking water to supplement the body's lost nutrients.

 

3. Foaming on the feet

On long-distance walking, you must first keep your feet dry, bring a few pairs of wicking socks, and change your feet when your feet are wet. If you don't foam, use a band-aid.

 

Thunderstorm
